251: Weigh In Day

It’s Sunday! And you know what that means… WEIGH IN DAY!

Once again it was just a weird week full of yummy proteins like steak that I wasn’t used to so I wasn’t sure. I think it turned out well. I lost 1.6 pounds! Which means I have lost a total of 93 pounds even so I am 7 pounds away from the elusive 100 pounds. It feels so close but so far. I’m going to work out harder this week and lose some more!

Breakfast: I had a Smartones Canadian breakfast sandwich for 4 points.

Lunch: Our college group went to Momo’s, this pizza place everyone talks about but I’ve never been to, for some awesome lunch. I had heard that the slices were massive, but I had no idea how big they were going to be. They were gargantuan.  It was not just big, it was also delicious. Not greasey at all. (I was trying to take a picture of it in chunks but instead it just looks like a delicious Christmas tree.)

Dinner: So after the pizza I wasn’t hungry for a while, but I knew I needed to eat something a little lighter for dinner. I had a chicken suaza smartone and as always it was awesome. (That’s the good thing about microwavable meals. You can generally expect the same thing every time.)

Snack: While I was watching the Mavs game, I had some pizza bagels, a ton of watermelon and a jello with some fat free whip cream on top. It was awesome.

There is a minute left… Go Mavs. See ya tomorrow.

Day 236: Dropping 90 Like a Boss

Good Sunday Evening to ya!

Sooooooo, if we are friends on any form of social media you know it’s been a pretty big day for me and my weight loss journey. This week I lost 2.8 pounds which is pretty awesome. I worked out 5 days last week and kept within my points pretty well. Anyways with this week’s weigh in, I have freakin’ lost a total 90 pounds!!!!!!! It’s been a long time coming but I did it! I’m only 9.4 pounds away from 100 pounds, and then my friends, we will do some celebrating. This also means that I have lost 25% of my body weight since September. Yes, I am three quarters of the man I used to be. Pretty legit yo. So now I am down to 266.4. I have no clue the last time I weighed this much, but I’ll venture to say Clinton was in office.

Breakfast: I just had an English muffin with with a little honey.

Lunch: There is this new vegetarian/vegan restaurant called the Sweet Pea cafe in Tallahassee so we decided to give that place a shot. It is just a little place on Tharpe but they have some awesome food! I had the black bean burger with sweet potato fries. They also had cucumber lemonade which was fantastic. The burger patty was really fresh and was very beany as expected. The veggies on the burger were awesome too. The best part is they had organic ketchup which I’ve never had before but I might have to get that from now on. It was awesome.

Snack: I just had a small bowl of kashi.

Snack: We went to the mall this afternoon to look around so we went to Starbucks in the mall for some iced coffee. While we were there, I went to Dillard’s to look for some new button down shirts. Out of habit, I went to the Big and Tall section to check out their clearance rack. They had these $90 Polo dress shirts for 20 bucks but everything I tried on was too big! Even this one shirt I tried on last year when we lived in Abilene and it was too small but but I tried it on today I was swimming in that sucker. Anyways, clothes shopping is going to rock from now on.

Dinner: Tonight was our churches senior banquet so they had some awesome finger foods. It was pretty awesome.

So today was a little different food wise but tomorrow will be back on track with all kinds of fun workout awesomeness.

On a side note: thank you all again for all of your support and holding me accountable. You guys have made this process much more awesome. This has been a great journey but I still have about 110 pounds to go so I need y’all now more than ever. I hope maybe my journey might encourage you to start your own. See ya tomorrow.

Day 237: First SAWS Weigh In Day!

SAWS!!!!

How’s it going everybody! Sorry for that whole not blogging thing yesterday. To summarize Saturday: Wii Fit, Wedding Singing, Workout, burned more than 700 calories. Tada, there was yesterday’s post. Okay, now that that is out of the way. Today was the first post-SAWS weigh in day and I was hoping for a loss of around 2-3 pounds if not better. So you can understand my disappointment when I only lost 1.4 pounds. For the first time in a while, I had worked out every day, and for the most part I stayed on point with my points. I’m thinking that the weight loss honeymoon is over and that now it’s really going to be work to lose every week. I know you’re really only suppose to lose 1-2 pounds healthily so maybe that’s where I’m at. You know what though? I’m okay with that. With lifting weights regularly is going to change my figure more too and add muscle so I’m definitely not going to change what I’m doing. Regardless, I’m in the 260’s (269.2 to be exact) for the first time in at least a decade and I have lost a total of 88 freakin’ pounds. The reality is, every weigh in I am treading in to new weight loss territory. And that feels awesome.

Breakfast: I just had a bowl of Kashi. Nothing new. However, we bought some Back 2 Nature cereal (you know, the hippy kind that’s in a bag to make it more earth friendly) since it was BOGO at Publix so I’ll have to review that this week. 4 points

Lunch: After church, the young professionals class went to Moe’s for lunch. As you may know, I’m not a huge fan of Moe’s but I can stand it every once in a while to at least give it a chance. I had the Art Vandalay Jr. Lite with grilled veggies, guac, the works. It was a decent sized burrito and their salsa bar is pretty epic so it eased my craving for queso (which is a delicious demon that I deal with daily.) The burrito with chips was  12 points so it wasn’t bad and I would definitely have that again.

Afternoon Snackage: It was a gorgeous day in Tallahassee with a high barely reaching 80 so Megan and I sat outside and read our respective Harry Potter books and enjoyed the day. While out there I had an english muffin with honey to enhance my reading experience. 1 point. Then, we went over to Starbucks and I had some dirty coffee for 3 point.

Dinner: So grocery day is tomorrow so by this time in the week, we are getting a little creative for meals and this week Megan delivered. She made this Pasta Premavera with shells that turned out really well. The serving size was huge for only 5 points so I had half a serving of seconds for 7.5 points.

Evening snack:
I had a Vitatop with a glass of milk for 3 points. Hooray.

So today I got to 30.5 points which works fine for me. See ya tomorrow.

Day 230: Weigh In After Vacation!

What is up yo!?!

So even after a week of being at Disney and indulging like a boss, I’m starting the summer of right! I lost 2.2 pounds this week!!! I don’t know how it happened (it must have been all the walking and my super workout yesterday) but it happened and I am inching my way to breaking the 100 pound mark soon! With today’s weigh in, I have lost a total of 87 freakin’ pounds and am 13.6 pounds away from 100 pounds! I have a date in mind of when I want to break it by but we will just see what happens.

Yesterday, Megan and I committed ourselves to working out about six times a week and eating healthy in order to drop as much weight as possible this summer. We are calling it Super Awesome Workout Summer otherwise known as SAWS!!!! (You have to yell the abbreviation when you say it.) We also created a SAWS Facebook group for others like us who want to drop some lb’s this summer as a place for support, tips and recipes or even a place to just vent. We are already at 20 people which is really awesome! If you want to join, request to be added (I think you might have to be my friend on Facebook, if so add me as a friend.) Search for it on Facebook as “Super Awesome Workout Summer (SAWS!!!!!)” I hope you will get on board for a summer of getting your health back on the right track!

Anyways, about today…

Breakfast: Although I am a huge fan of the wafflewich, I needed to try something a little different this morning. So I went back to a staple and had Kashi Go Lean Berry Crisp cereal. I must have been really hungry because I had 2 servings so breakfast was 7 points which is high but it was really filling.

Lunch: After church, we kept it simple and had southwest chicken soup, salad with dijon and trail mix and a grilled turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch. It was really good. I really love putting trail mix on my salad. It’s a beautiful marriage of leafy and hearty. 10.5 points.

Snack: I had some matzos with some laughing cow cheese for 3 points.

Dinner: I had to fend for myself for dinner so I searched in the depths of our freezer and pantry and got a little creative. I had two veggie chicken sandwiches on expired english muffins and some Cape Cod reduced fat chips. It turned out to be a pretty good 6 point dinner.

Snack: I had a couple banana chips (like 4) and a little peanut butter which was about 2 points.

So today I got to about 28.5 points which it’s probably a little more than that since I might be wrong about the banana chips and peanut butter but regardless I did pretty well today. SAWS!!!! JOIN NOW! See ya tomorrow.

Day 216: An Easter Weigh In!

HAPPY EASTER!!!!!

I hope everyone had a great time with their friends and family and Easter eggs. I have to admit, I did miss my family and our awesome Easter lunch, but it was still pretty awesome! So, I knew it was going to happen and it did, I gained 1.6 pounds this week. Am I surprised? No. Am I mad? Not at all. Was it a wake up call? Yes. If you remember from yesterday, I was talking about this mindset I had of “I have the whole summer to work off whatever I eat this week so it’s whatever.” I didn’t realize how dangerous that was for my personal journey. You see, my whole life I have said “I’ll lose weight later” “I’ll lose weight in high school” “I’ll lose weight in college” “I’ll lose weight after I get married.” That was my mantra for so long and it it snowballed in to me weighing 357 at 23 years old. So today, I was still bad and the worst part I knew I was being bad, but I didn’t stop! I didn’t come to this realization until after dinner so from this point on, I’m going to really stick to my points and exercise this Temple of Awesomeness (if I was cool enough for a tattoo, I would totally get a tramp stamp tattoo of that.) I want to start the summer of right so for all intensive purposes, my summer starts tomorrow. [Insert the Phineas and Ferb intro here.]

Breakfast: We were running late for church but luckily when we got to Sunday School (is there an age limit to call it Sunday School?) there were some awesome apple cinnamon muffins so I snagged one of those bad boys.

Lunch: We were invited to our good friends, the Schuberts, house for Easter lunch and it was awesome! Mrs. Schubert made this awesome ham with a Paula Deen glaze so yes it had both brown and regular sugar and butter (the three staple ingredients in any PD recipe) then there was potato and macaroni salad from Publix. Then I had something that I have never had together, much less for Easter: carrots and guacamole. Mrs. Schubert swears by the combo and she says the carrots are a good alternative to chips because the chips are what’s bad in that combo. (Short of spinach artichoke dip, when it comes to chips and dip, the chips is the bad part.) So I know that doesn’t look like a lot of food, but against my new normal eating habits, I ate seconds and thirds. It went in to this bizarre old pattern and it really alarmed me. I’ve read the calories and fat for the Publix macaroni salad, I know how bad it is. That wasn’t stopping me. I just ate it. Regardless, it was a great lunch with great fellowship.

Snack: We had to run a few errands around town and I had a 20% off Easter coupon at Yogurt Mountain so we went there for a little Easter dessert. I was pretty indulgent with mine (I justified it as it was my Easter candy. I didn’t eat any candy for Halloween! Why is Easter different?)  I even added a little (like the surface of a quarter) hot fudge. I don’t know what emotional hole I was trying to fill with food, but my soul has a pothole in there somewhere. It tasted good but it wasn’t worth how sick I was after.

Dinner: We wanted to make chili but since we haven’t grocery shopped in a while and Publix was closed, we went to Super Perros for dinner. We split the Godzilla and ordered an extra order of beans. It was freakin awesome.

Exercise: I drove to Leach to go work out because I thought they were open until 11:00 but they were open until 9:00… and I got there at 9:15. Lametastic. I got home and did a 20 minute workout on Wii Fit and I was actually worn out from it. Frankly, it was embarrassing. It’s time to get my workouts back in line.

So it was an interesting day full of introspection but it was much needed and I’m in a much better mindset than where I was. I think I got really caught up with my long term goals this week and the excitement of being in the 150’s someday meanwhile overlooking the great amount of work I still have ahead of me. Here’s to a better week. See ya tomorrow.

Day 209: Weigh In. Big New Goals. Pink Eye.

Sup yo.

So yes, we are still sick. To make things even more interesting, I have lost my voice (and I can’t find it guffah guffah) and I sound like a bad-Marlon-Brando-in-the-Godfather-who-has-pink-eye impersonation. Anyways, with the crapton of work I have, I’m really ready to get better to get through the end of the semester. I guess being sick does has its benefits, I  lost 3 pounds this week! Although I did indulge a little bit at the end of the week, I kept within my points which pays off. So… as of today I am 15.2 pounds away from losing 100 pounds! I’m sooo close! That’s right boys and girls! I have lost 84.8 pounds since September. I’ve come a long way and I have you to thank dear reader. Since I’m now below 275 (for the first time this millennium) I am now at a new point limit: 30 points a day which is not a lot considering when I started I had 34 points a day.

Breakfast: Just a 5.5 point wafflewich. Legit

Snack: For a mid morning snack I had a rice crispy treat and a cup of coffee.  2 points

Lunch: For wanting to be in the advertising business, ads really do work on me. I saw a Jimmy John’s commercial and after that it was all I wanted for lunch. So we got them to deliver (and yes, it was freaky fast) since the idea of going outside at that point was awful. Anyways, their subs aren’t great for you, but their not that bad if you cut the mayo. I have the vegetarian sub and it would of had 30 grams of fat but then I cut the mayo and I was only 9 grams of fat. Pretty insane. Anyways their veggie sub has avacado spread, lots of lettuce, sprouts and cucumbers. It was amazing. Also, I but a little bit of our light mayo on it and it tasted pretty much the same! 8 points

Snack: Around 3 I was getting pretty hungry so I had a 3 point veggie patty chicken sandwich. It. Was. Awesome.

Dinner: Yesterday, we bought some mahi mahi from Earth Fare to have for dinner some time this week. I wanted to make fish tacos (my favorite thing in the world. Seriously.) So Megan made a pseudo deconstructed version of fish tacos and it rocked. She made her own pico de gallo, baked the mahi mahi, and then served it with a dolip of light sour cream and blue corn chips. The best part was that the fish was only 125 calories with 1.25 grams of fat so most of the points came from the chips. Probably the best 7 point dinner I’ve ever had.

Dessert: We had to return a movie at Publix, so we went to Yoga Berry for a little dessert. (I know what you are thinking and don’t worry, I Purrell’d the tar out of my hands before I touched anything.) I had some taro with crushed up waffle cone, strawberries and blackberries. A pretty awesome 4 point dessert.

So today I’m up to 29.5 points so that will work!

GOAL TIME! So I know I’ve rolled out some goals earlier this month, but today I’ve thought a lot about adding some more goals to serve as a timeline to keep on track with my weight loss. I know a lot of people think that you have to have small goals mixed in with the large goals and I agree with that, but when I have a big goal, like getting under 300 by my birthday this year, it made me work really hard to get to it. As far as goals go, toy around with both and find what works for you! Anyways, here are my new goals:

Be at 250 by the 4th of July

Be at 200 pounds by December 31st, 2011.

Be in Onederland (below 200 pounds) by my 25th birthday.

Looking at these numbers, I know they look kind of far fetched from now, but that’s about losing 2 pounds a week so that is doable. I know that is going to get harder as I get thinner (I just realized I’ll be thin soon. Legit!) but I have the whole summer to work out, run, and hopefully surf  to get down to my goal weight. So far, this journey has been a blast and I can’t wait to see how it will all pan out. Get stoked. See ya tomorrow.

Day 202! I’m Back and GOAL WEIGHT TIME!

I’m back! Finally. I know it has been since Wednesday and between now and then I’ve been sick, been loopy on DayQuil, slept alot, have coughed up various colors of green (TMI?)  and have done a crapton of homework. It’s going to be a crazy end to the semester.

Anyways, so with being sick and eating a lot of bad (yet delicious) sickly comfort food, I only lost .2 pounds this week. I lost that much the week before last then last week I lost 4.8 pounds so maybe that pattern can repeat. I’m slowly feeling better but it’s one of those things where I’m feeling fine, but then when I get in larger groups I start to feel bad. It’s really weird. So I’m going to try to work out this week and maybe get some racquetball in too!

Non-Scale Victory: So I said I would never say three things on this blog: my social security number, my GRE score, or my waist size. Well time to break my own rule [insert deep breath here]. When I started this weight loss odyssey in the summer, I bought a pair of size 54 pants. Yeah… like 4 and a half feet of waistline. Pretty insane right? Today, I bought a pair of size 44’s. (For those playing at home, yes that is 10 inches.) I wore 44’s in 6th grade (which is pretty said in itself) but now I’m back down to it and it feels great. I have quite a bit to go and even thought I didn’t lose that much this week, that made me pretty happy. Legit.

Goals! Now I’m down to 275.2. Now what? I’m only 18 pounds away from 100 freakin’ pounds! What then? These are the questions that keep me awake at night (unless I’m knocked out from sudaphed.) So here’s my ultimate goal: (get stoked. Here… We… Go…) My ultimate goal weight is 157 pounds. Yep, that’s right, 200 pounds of total weight loss awesomeness. A lofty goal? I don’t think so. Doable? Heck yes. This thing is going to happen. I have no clue when it will happen. Maybe in a year, maybe in 2 years, maybe tomorrow (okay.. not tomorrow) Regardless, I’m stoked and I’m going to work on it starting…. now. Game Time Baby!

Breakfast: I just had a cinnamon toast eggo thingy with a little peanut butter. 3.5 points

Lunch: I wasn’t feeling too well and with that came a little antisocial so just the two of us went to Mellow Mushroom for Megan’s birthday lunch. We split an appetizer of their fantastic bruschetta and a cheese calzone that kind of looked like the horn phone on the Flintstones. It was a great cheap lunch. Not a bad 13 point lunch!

Snack: For a snack I had Christian nachos (matzos and a Laughing Cow Chipotle Queso cheese wedge) Pretty awesome stuff. 2 points

Dinner: We were trying to figure out where to go for dinner that wouldn’t be too expensive or unhealthy. After driving around and making a trip to Earth Fare, we decided to do something a little different. Yesterday, Megan bought this really nice Chinese dish set from World Market so we bought some vegan dumplings from Earth Fare and Pepper Chicken with rice at home on our new plates. It was a cute, quaint and delicious dinner. A good way to celebrate Megan’s birthday.  13 points

So today I got to 31.5 points. A pretty great way to start off a new week with a lot of weight to lose. Here… We… Go… See ya tomorrow.

Day 196: Special Monday Weigh In!

What’s Up G?

So I really hadn’t a clue how this weeks weigh in was going to go but I have to say it went out better planned. I lost 4.8 pounds! Holy Coke. I don’t know how, but it totally worked out! I’m now down to 275.4 pounds.

Know why that’s awesome?

A) I have lost 81 pounds total which is sooooo close to 100 pounds!

B) I’m in the 270’s

and

C) The last time I was on a scale and it said 275, Clinton was in office and I was in 8th grade. It’s been a long time. Holla.

Next week, prepare for another awesome weigh in.

Breakfast: I went with the Wafflewich because they are awesome and delicious. So awesome. 5.5 points.

Lunch: I got up to the Capitol a little early so I went to the Capitol Grill and attacked the salad bar. It was pretty epic and about 8 points.

Snack: I had a cinnamon toast wafflewich with pb and awesomeness. 4.5 points.

Dinner: We went to Mellow Mushroom for dinner and it was soooo good. We split a calzone and a brushetta with balsamic vinegar on a bed of spring mix. It was about a 13 points meal which works because it was a ton of food. (And yes, I have a hot wife.)

So today I got to 31 points so I’m on point. Sorry this is  brief post. See ya tomorrow.

Day 188: 30th Weigh In

Howdy!

So this week’s weigh in did not goes as planned. On Friday, I was stupid and I weighed in the morning to see how I was doing for the week and I was down to 278. Now I know what you are thinking “Nathan, you shouldn’t do that! It’s  bad for you…. other stuff” Well, if you read my blog, you would know it’s an issue I have and I need to stop some how. I thought if I weighed it would help me stay good during the weekend. Instead, I rationalized a lot of stuff and I paid dearly. This week I lost .2 pounds which is pitiful. I know most of that is retained water, but it’s still really frustrating to me. I should have stayed off the scale and kept on guard and I would be down at least 2 pounds. I’m just really mad at myself because I screwed myself over. What’s even worse is that I worked out hard both of the days I went to the gym this week so I feel like that went down the drain. I hate learning experiences.

Breakfast: didn’t eat it. Not because of the weight loss, but I was just in a really bad funk this morning and frankly I was still full from last night (not a good sign.)

Lunch: As always, we were in a huge crunch for time today so we went to Panera for lunch since it was close to Publix. I did the Pick Two and had the sesame Asian chicken salad with broccoli and cheese soup. I know I know, I was clashing food cultures like a boss, but it was good all the same. When I got home and check up the nutritional facts, my meal had 8 grams of saturated fat and .5 grams of trans fats!!!!!! What the crap? Nothing pisses me off more than places that claim to be a healthy alternative and you have trans fats in your food! Panera, I don’t think we can be friends anymore. You make me sad. Lunch was 12 points.

Snack: After I went up to school to work on a take home test (yeah it doesn’t make any sense to me either) I had a Chobani to hold me over until dinner. Pomegranate, you are beautiful. 3 points.

Dinner: So for dinner we decided to try something a little different. A while back, we bought a tube of Gimme Lean veggie ground “beef” so from Publix so we made spaghetti and meatballs. The meat is really cheap and really low in points! Dinner was only 10 points with a spinach salad with grape tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.

Dessert: This evening, Megan made us strawberry shortcake with angel food cake. It was a great 3 points with fat free cool whip and fresh Florida strawberries. It went perfect with a cup of decaf coffee too!

So today I’m at 28 points which isn’t entirely a bad thing. I should have drank a little more water today but that’s how it goes. This week I’m going to work out more and try stay with in our points. Luckily, we have some awesome plans laid out which will make it a lot easier to avoid eating out. We’ll see how this goes. See ya tomorrow.

One more thing! Happy Birthday to my awesome blogging buddy Jennifer at A Girl Who Loves Cupcakes! You are a stud and it’s been awesome watching you progress in your weight loss journey. Keep up the awesome work.

Day 181: Weigh In Day!!!!!!

Why Hello!

It’s been way too long since I have posted and for that I’m sorry. I have gotten a lot of guff (yes, I said guff) from people about missing two posts in a row and for that I thank you. I really appreciate the support and accountability this community provides. It is a key contributor to my success so far and with the century pound mark in sight, your support is appreciated now more than ever. So thanks for calling me out Matt DC. I know you were just giving me a hard time, but it meant more than you know. So this morning I got in the scale with low expectations. We had to eat out the majority of last week due to the insanity of our schedule (somehow this week is going to be more insane. What what!) Anyways, for the few posts I did have, you saw the cheesey goodness that I consumed in mass proportions so I was just hoping to at least maintain (it would have been gained if I hadn’t worked out.) Well, my metabolism must be better than I think. I lost 2.2 pounds! Pretty awesome stuff!!! I am sooooo close to being in the 270’s now. I weigh 280.4 so super duper close. So with this week’s loss, I am 23.4 pounds away from 100 pounds. It’s getting there! Like I said this week is going to be bonkers, but we are going to be smarter with meals so 270’s: see ya soon!

Breakfast: So I made two packets of double fiber oatmeal but had it in the microwave too long. It always feels like when you make two packets, it either has the consistency of snot, or it blows up and gets all over the microwave. Well… the latter happened, and a large portion of my oatmeal was everywhere. (No, I did not eat the oatmeal shrapnel left in the microwave.) It was about 5 points worth of oatmeal. Yumtastic.

Lunch: After church, we needed to eat somewhere pretty fast so Megan could meet up with her friends for their study marathon. We ended up going to the Panera next to our house. Panera’s food is deceiving because you expect it to be healthy since it’s fresh but then it’s more points/calories than you hope. Regardless, it’s delicious so we still go there :). I had the half asain sesame chicken salad and half a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It was really good and the salad was huge for just being half a salad. For the salad, the sandwich and the yummy baguette, it was 14 points. Not bad for how good it tastes.

Snack: While I was studying, I had 3 points of pretzels. That’s 30 pretzels. Holy cow.

Dinner: So this was a little different. While Megan was studying with our friend Catherine, I was at my small group and they had gotten dinner. By the time I was done it was 9:00 so I was starving. Megan texted my with news of leftover Chinese so I headed over there. I had Megan’s left over orange chicken with rice and an egg roll. I was good at the time. It took me back to my favorite super cheap Chinese place in Abilene where you could get a mountain of food for about $4. While the savoring moment lasted for a while, I still have the sodium taste in my mouth as I’m writing this. Not good. So it was high in points, and I have no real way of figuring it out, but here is what I know: I’m not the same guy I used to be. A meal like this was what I ate at least 3 times a week and it didn’t phase me at all. Tonight, I tried to go back to my old self and it wasn’t near as good as I remember. That’s so encouraging to me. To me it means that it would take a lot to get back to where I was, and that’s how I want it.

Snack: We went to Publix to get some groceries including watermelon and Cinnamon Toast Eggos which I have never had. They were delicious and  2 points.

So today wasn’t the best, but I have learned from my mistakes and I plan to work hard this week to lose a good chunk of weight. It’s going to be an interesting week. Bring it on. See ya tomorrow.

FSU WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SWEET 16 BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
